Devon | Monday - Friday | 7am - 5:30pm | Temporary to PermanentAcorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established and growing team in Holsworthy, Devon.
You will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and repair of sheet metal components to a high standard of quality and precision.
The Role:- Fabrication & Assembly: you will cut, bend, shape, and weld sheet metal using a range of hand and power tools, ensuring accurate and high-quality workmanship.
- Machine Operation: operate fabrication machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and rollers as part of the production process.
- Technical Understanding: work from engineering drawings and blueprints to meet exact specifications.
- Sheet Metal Background: previous experience in a sheet metal or fabrication role is essential.
- Tool & Machine Proficiency: confident in the use of metalworking equipment and tools.
- Attention to Detail: strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.
- Teamwork: ability to work independently and collaboratively within a production team.
