Your new role

- Support pupils in developing key skills across literacy, numeracy, and independent thinking

- Maintain a respectful classroom environment
- Uphold school policies around behaviour, safeguarding, and assessment with care and professionalism
What you'll need to succeed
- Willingness to take on flexible or ongoing supply roles
- Prior experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
- A team-oriented approach and readiness to collaborate with support staff
- Ability to tailor your teaching to suit varied learning needs and styles
- A friendly, professional manner when working with pupils, colleagues, and families
