Summary

Join Kier as an Information Manager and lead the implementation of our information management strategy across major projects.

You'll ensure compliance with ISO 19650, support digital transformation, and help deliver projects right first time, every time.



Location: London, agile working considered. Business Unit: Kier Construction - Strategic ProjectsReporting to: Senior Digital Construction ManagerWorking Hours: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be doing?
-Lead the configuration and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE)

-Deliver training and mentoring to information coordinators

-Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Kier and industry standards

-Manage naming conventions, TIDPs, and document workflows

-Support project teams with troubleshooting, permissions, and archiving

-Collaborate across departments to embed digital-first practices

What do we require from you?
-Proven experience delivering ISO 19650 across projects

-Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms (Asite preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools

-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

-Ability to lead, train, and support teams

-A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
