Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for administrative functions and projects.
Train and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
Proficient in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
