OPR are working with a leading Build to Rent operator to source a personable and proactive Resident Services Assistant for a flagship development in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for residents, providing friendly and professional support
Assist with tenancy administration, move-ins/outs, and general enquiries
Support the delivery of resident events and community initiatives
Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
About You:
Experience in customer service, hospitality, property, or front-of-house roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
