Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Orsett Church of England Primary School, and Bulphan Church of England Academy are looking for a SENDCO to join their team.
This position is a permanent position for 2 days a week across both schools.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Have ambition, enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference
• Believe in helping all children be the very best they can be
• Work well as part of a team
• Be committed to the ethos and aims of a Church school.
• Experience of supporting staff to optimise attainment and progress of pupils, especially those with SEND.
• Extensive experience of successfully and effectively working with children with a wide range of significant barriers to learning.
• Hold a current SENDco qualification.
