Summary
Evaluate and document business processes across multiple business units.
Gather, define, and prioritise requirements for system enhancements and new solutions.
Analyse risks in regional operations, identifying economic gaps and recommending cost-effective strategies to improve productivity.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Work closely with the digital marketing department and management team to design and implement systems aligned with business objectives.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and system documentation.
Support system testing, user training, and implementation activities.
Monitor system performance, recommending and implementing improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, data security, and regulatory standards.
Stay up to date with technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
