Summary
Hours: Term Time – 27.5 hours/week (8.30am-3pm)
SALARY: Grade 5 (scp 7-9) £26,403-£27,254 pro rata, per annum (Approx Gross salary £16,918-£17,463)
Required for an immediate startThe school wishes to employ a Learning Coach to support pupils in our alternative curriculum provision within the school site. The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and have the ability to motivate so that ALL pupils have the opportunity to achieve and progress. You will work as part of a team to deliver a programme of support strategies, interventions and personal support for individualized learning for pupils aged 11 – 16 years, appropriate to their needs. The role will involve working with pupils, on a one to one basis or in small groups, who are at risk of failing to reach their full potential.
