Would you like to work in an inclusive school with a commitment to ensure all thrive?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. You will be required to work 17.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 8.30am to 12pm.
We are looking for someone who will be able to support the delivery of the curriculum, run groups or provide intervention support where necessary. The successful candidate will work across the school and may include working with children with additional needs.

• Have an appropriate qualification and/or experience of working with children in an educational setting.
• Be flexible. This is an exciting and varied role which will require the candidate to be resourceful and adaptable.
• Be a team player whilst also using their own initiative.
• Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum and use this to support children’s learning.
