Salary: APT&C Grade 4 = £25,583Commencement date: ASAPThe Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Caretaker to join our Site Team. The successful candidate will be required to: undertake general caretaking duties in the school;work with our lettings partners;opening and closing of the site.The Caretaker will be responsible to the Site Manager and is required to undertake the duties in order that the school buildings and environs are maintained to the high standards expected by pupils, staff and visitors of the school. The hours of work are Monday to Friday on a three shift pattern ranging from 6.00am - 9.15pm. Due to the school requirements, there are limitations to the amount of annual leave which can be taken in term time.Please see the Job Description and Person Specification.
