An opportunity has become available for an individual with excellent communication skills and commitment to upholding robust compliance standards to join C~urb’s Compliance and Delivery team. A resilient, can-do attitude and attention to detail and customer care is essential to the role of Compliance Officer, as you will be liaising with colleagues and external contractors to uphold robust and timely compliance standards.

C~urb is a partner company of Link Group and provides high quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance services to Link tenants and other customers in Scotland’s Central Belt. In addition, we also deliver a range of planned and cyclical maintenance activities. 

A proven record of time management, technical problem solving, and IT skills is essential for the role.


About You

As Compliance Officer you will have experience in contractor administration and project management in compliance related areas, as well as an understanding and commitment to excellent customer care, effective planning skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

You will hold an HNC in a recognised building qualification – in either Quantity or Building Surveying or have well developed project management skills preferably acquired in the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) sector.

A demonstrable knowledge and awareness of relevant Health and Safety requirements as well as an understanding of legislation and impact both have on employees and customers needs is integral to this role.
