Summary
Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Production Manager. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Fife. Weekend role, working across Saturday & Sunday (24 Hours)
A critical role for the business, you will be tasked with leading a team of supervisors and operators across multiple departments. Working towards KPIs while coaching and developing staff members.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the production team
• Work towards KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement
• Develop and coach staff
• Support Capex projects
• Other duties deemed relevant to role
Essential Skills and Experience
• Previous experience within a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG industry
• IT literate with experience in the use of an ERP system
• Experience applying lean principles
• Health and Safety knowledge
