The Opportunity

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first impression and the lasting memory. You’ll greet guests with warmth, handle requests with flair, and ensure every stay is seamless, stylish, and sincerely personal.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished presence.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and care.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with confidence and empathy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards at every touchpoint.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
  • A guest-first mindset and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
  • A polished appearance and a warm, professional demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
