Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Site Administration Support to join our Manufacturing Leadership Team on a 6-month temporary basis. This varied role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, contributing to Health & Safety compliance, team efficiency, and delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Leadership Team.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Support Health & Safety processes, including meeting scheduling, tracking actions, and maintaining compliance records.
- Prepare, update, and present KPI data using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Produce and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with general office administration, ensuring a smooth flow of information across the site.
- Adapt to varied day-to-day challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data handling, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing or Health & Safety environment, is desirable.
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
