Summary

Key requirements Candidates must hold GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade A-C or equivalent) and must have or be working towards, NVQ3 or equivalent Business Administration with expertise in Microsoft Office applications. Experience of adapting to the use of new electronic data management systems, creating reports and the ability to carry out basic data analysis is essential to the role, as is the ability to support others in learning how to do so. The Safety and Risk Co-ordinator links with staff across all departments and at different levels in the Trust so a high standard of written and verbal communication is of the utmost importance. The post holder also has access to sensitive and person-identifiable information and must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this role, the work is busy, varied and interesting. The successful candidate will work as a key team member, managing their time and expertise to support our friendly Safety and Risk Teams. Perhaps most importantly, we are looking for candidates who feel they reflect the Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust values and would like to develop and further their career with us.
