Join Our Team as a & Peer Support Co-Ordinator!

Do you believe in the power of peer support to create lasting change? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As our Peer Support Co-ordinator, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Peer Support Mentors across Wakefield to support clients who are or are at risk of being homeless. You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering positive group sessions, supporting life skills, and facilitating access to training, employment, and housing opportunities.

Who we’re looking for:
• A people-person with experience delivering group activities or training, especially for vulnerable individuals with complex needs
• A confident leader who can recruit, support, and supervise volunteers and peer mentors
• A strong communicator with organisational skills
• Someone with a full UK driving licence, happy to travel across the Wakefield area
