Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee a small team of 3 groundworkers (supplied by us) on an active construction site. The current project involves underpinning works, so prior experience in underpinning is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3 groundworkers.
- Ensure underpinning works are carried out safely and to specification.
- Monitor progress and report to site management.
- Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor.
- Strong background in underpinning.
- Ability to manage and direct a small team effectively.
- Good communication and site management skills.
- CSCS (and other relevant site tickets/certifications) preferred.
