Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ganger / Foreman to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not only capable of supervising and motivating a team, but also willing to take part in the physical work alongside them.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and organise a team on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Undertake physical site tasks as required.
Communicate effectively with site management, team members, and clients.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ganger / Foreman in construction or groundworks.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work as part of a team while taking responsibility for delivery of tasks.
Clean UK driving licence (transport provided).
Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious.
