This is a creative and varied role.
We are looking for a friendly reliable and sociable support worker to assist a spinal injury guy within his own home and out in the community. Based in Southport town centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with artwork and creative projects at home
- Supporting with visits to the gym and light physical activity
- Cooking and preparing meals
- accompanying to daytime social outings such as bars with live music,cafes and other social outings
- Outgoing, positive and socicable, with a good sense of humour
- confident in the kitchen and able to prepare simple healthy meals
- reliable, trustworthy and respectful of the client's independence and preferences
- happy to attend lively social environments such as bars and live music events
