Summary

We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Community Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults 18+ within the community to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and some CoP cases are all key responsibilities. This team works with a wide variety of service users with a multitude of needs including hard to engage clients.

About you

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings and have experience in CoP, S42 and MCA assessments. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting is necessary. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is required to qualify for this role.
