Position: RELOCATION COORDINATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relocation Coordinator to join a growing Team based in Brandon, Suffolk. Responsible for the coordination and administration support for the movement of goods within the UK from ports of entry.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Review incoming enquires and contacting customers to obtain
information on their move requirements
• To manage customer Import / Export / European move
requirements accordingly
• Interact and communicate effectively with our Customers,
Operations, Partners and Suppliers
• To liaise with contractor and suppliers on additional services
when required
• Raise POs and invoicing for works - liaising with accounts
accordingly
• To ensure data relating to jobs and customer correspondence
is filed and organised accordingly
• To work closely with team colleagues and additionally sales to
ensure customer requirements are met dutifully.
• All forms of administration; data entry, filing, emailing and
telephone use

Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service, telephone manner, time management & organisational skills – Essential
Strong Administration experience: data entry, problem solving, attention to detail – Essentia
Previous experience within a similar role - Highly Desirable
Previous experience within removals/ relocation - Desirable
Previous logistics/ operations experience– Desirable
Multilingual – Desirable
Excellent work ethic and professional approach
Full UK drivers’ licence is desirable due to location, however public transport nearby
