Up to £35,000 + 30 Days Holiday + EAP
Saturday and Sunday 6am – 6pm
Weekend Production Manager required for a well-established food manufacturer with a history of over 40 years. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play an integral role within an award-winning business. This role would suit an experienced Production Manager with experience working with a FMCG environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations over the weekend, overseeing a team of up to 20, including production, warehouse and hygiene teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are met and ensuring the teams adhere to health, safety and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement activities and support CAPEX projects and new product launches.
The Weekend Production Manager Role
· Oversee a shift supervisor, two line leaders, and wider production, warehouse and hygiene teams
· Ensure H&S and food standards are adhered to
· Drive continuous improvements and ensure KPIs are met
· Support CAPEX projects
· 2x 12-hour shifts per week
The Weekend Production Manager Candidate:
· Experienced Production Manager
· FMCG Experience
· Experience with lean principles
· Experience using a ERP systems
