Join Sodexo as a Food ServiceAssistant at Shrewsbury School, The Schools, Shrewsbury, SY3 7BA, where you'll provide support for our hospitality, breakfast, lunch, and supper for our students, staff & visitors and ensuring that our dining services continue to be a pillar of our school community. As well as maintain hygiene standards and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Pay: £12.31 per hour **
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 5 out 7 days ( 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm)

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**
What You'll Do:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas.
Washing up, cleaning and clearing all service areas areas
Help with the setup and clearing of dining areas.
Engage positively with students and staff, promoting a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food safety standards
What You Bring:
A fantastic sense of teamwork and a dedicated, orderly approach.
The ability to prioritise tasks, handle pressure, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Impeccable punctuality and dependability.
Experience in a similar environment is a plus but not a deal-breaker!
