Summary
Anglo Recycling Technology Ltd in Rochdale are recruiting for a Product Converting Apprentice. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprenticeship over the duration of 15 months.
• Working from instruction sheet, coordinating what's the days agenda
• Stock management
• Converting materials in to end products
• Calculating measurements to maximise yields
• General housekeeping of the workspace
• Health and safety management at all times
• Waste management and environmental factors
• Cost and process efficiency
• Machine work once trained and some computer work
• Willingness to learn
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to use initiative
• Attention to detail
• Hardworking and trustworthy
• This job requires standing for most of the day and includes heavy lifting and manual handling
• Must have maths and English GCSE grade 4 or above/equivalent
Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm / 30 minutes lunch / 30 hours per week (this will increase)
