The main duties of the role include:
• Booking participants appointments via the telephone and the trust's IT booking system, following up with appropriate letters/leaflets.
• Time management is essential within this role to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Promoting the service to patients over the telephone and have a good understanding of the pathway.

The post holder will work within a small team. You will be managing the participant list and will need to maintain accurate records via Excel.
