Chameleon Spray is a fast-growing, family-run business specialising in high-quality spraying of kitchens, uPVC windows, doors, and bespoke joinery. We’re now looking for an experienced sprayer ready to step up into a leadership role.
The Role:
We’re seeking a skilled sprayer to lead their own team and van, carrying out professional spraying jobs across Bristol and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of:
Leading a small team on site and in the workshop
Managing your own van, equipment, and materials
Preparing, masking, and spraying kitchens, uPVC, furniture, and bespoke joinery
Ensuring high-quality finishes and excellent customer service
What We’re Offering:
Full-time position (40 hrs per week)
Competitive salary starting from £31,200 per year (based on £15/hr) with incentives
