Summary
Sous Chef Rugby Warwickshire + Tips + Live In
A great opportunity at this stunning hotel for a strong Sous Chef to join the team and work closely with the Head Chef.
The hotel is busy and has multiple dining areas so this role would suit somebody that is used to cooking all fresh ingredients at rosette level, this includes Restaurants and various types of events
We are looking for somebody that has full knowledge of running a busy kitchen who could run the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off, this could be an existing head chef looking for a change of pace or a Sous Chef with a proven background.
Full knowledge of hygiene regulations would be expected as well the ability to cost dishes accurately and have the necessary skills to help train and develop the team.
Applicants should ideally live in the Rugby, Coventry, Leicester or Hinckley area, but live in is available locally
