We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Technical Training Mentor to support our construction apprentices through their practical learning journey. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging skills demonstrations, guide learners in workshop sessions, and help them develop the knowledge, behaviours and confidence needed to thrive in the industry.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring workshops run smoothly and safely, while also supporting the planning and delivery of End Point Assessments. Working closely with the apprenticeship delivery team, you’ll provide technical backup and track apprentice progress throughout their training.
This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a real impact on the next generation of construction professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
