Summary
Neway is seeking a School Cleaner to be based at Gwaunmeisgyn Primary School, Rhondda Cynon Taf 10 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 15:30–17:30 Start Date: 08 September 2025 | ⏳ End Date: 31 October 2025 £12.21 PAYE / £15.95 Umbrella
Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils and staff at Gwaunmeisgyn Primary School.
Your Role Will Include:
Cleaning and sanitising designated areas such as classrooms, corridors, toilets, staff rooms, and sports/changing facilities
Hoovering, mopping, swiffing, and wiping down surfaces including desks, shelves, skirting boards, and window sills
Emptying waste bins throughout the building
Using a scrubber dryer machine (where provided)
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high hygiene standards
What You’ll Need: ✅ Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and materials ✅ Clean and tidy appearance ✅ Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently ✅ Willingness to complete relevant training
