Summary
Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager – Ofsted
Location: Lancashire: Blackpool & Preston
Salary: Up to £75,000
A family-owned organisation with over 15 Residential Homes across the Lancashire area. The services include complex and high acuity services; in house education, in house therapy, multi-bed placements, solo bespoke placements.
Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager – Ofsted Overview:
- Strong understanding of Ofsted, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, turnaround projects and delivering safe and effective care to children and young people;
- Lead teams with empathy, purpose, and professionalism, providing guidance and effective communication;
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safeguarding, and high-quality care.
Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager Skills and Experience Required:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management;
- An experienced Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager with a strong background in Health & Social Care;
- Extensive expertise in Quality and Governance, able to demonstrate ability in line with OFSTED requirements;
- Ensure the service is fit for purpose, meeting OFSTED guidelines and standards;
- Lead on recruitment, implement policies and procedures;
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Able to lead with integrity, emotional intelligence, and confidence.
Must have Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
