Join the excitement! We’re looking for passionate and reliable team players to help deliver unforgettable experiences as part of our Front of House and Bar Team at Ipswich Theatres.

From sell-out musicals and headline comedians to classical concerts and community celebrations, no two shifts are ever the same. You’ll be at the heart of unforgettable moments, helping bring world-class performances to life and creating memories for our audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front of House Assistant / Bar Staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and assisting customers at events
Serving drinks, snacks and merchandise at our licensed bars
Supporting ticketing and ushering duties, including directing guests to their seats
Handling cash and using tills
Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, including emergency procedures and customer welfare
Supporting cleaning duties and maintaining a tidy, safe venue
Who We’re Looking For

Previous customer service experience
Confidence in working with the public in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a friendly, proactive attitude
Must be aged 18 or over due to licensing laws
