Summary
Job Advert
You will speak with customers who are in arrears with their Rent or Council Tax, either by telephone or by visiting them in their home and negotiate payment arrangements. You will have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
