About the Role
Enfield Council is seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Planner to join their Housing Repairs team. Based full-time at the Edmonton Green Office, this short-term role plays a vital part in ensuring timely and effective repairs across the borough.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling wet trades, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring all jobs are booked within target dates. This is a fast-paced, office-based role requiring precision, empathy, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule damp and mould repair works
Coordinate wet trade operatives and monitor job progress
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Ensure all repairs are scheduled within agreed timeframes
✅ What You’ll Need
Minimum 5 years’ experience in repairs planning, ideally in damp & mould
Strong administrative and scheduling skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with housing repairs systems and processes
