This post is based within HSCP Out of Hours Team for Care at Home Services, which provides a high-quality customer focused service, dealing directly with queries from colleagues, service users, service users family and other professionals who may be either internal or external, through appropriate communication. The Out of Hours team is a fast-paced environment. The role will cover answering telephone queries, minute taking, retrieving and maintaining data from a range of computerised and manual systems, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity throughout and other duties as required. You would ensure that all NAC policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. Position will be office based and will include evening work and weekend work 6pm to 11pm, on a 2 on 2 off basis one week and 5 on/5 off basis following week
