Hours of work: 37.5 hrs | Mon–Fri
The Role
We’re growing our award-winning Insulation team! As an Insulation Coordinator, you’ll be the organisational powerhouse keeping projects on track, teams connected, and operations running smoothly. If you’re tech-savvy, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving problems—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate schedules, meetings & project timelines
Keep systems, records & reports up to date
Be the go-to link between teams
Spot & fix operational bottlenecks
Drive efficiency while keeping compliance on point
What We’re Looking For
Sharp communicator & team player
Confident with tech + databases
Super-organised with time management skills
Problem-solver who stays cool under pressure
Experience in admin/coordination role (bonus!)
