Summary
Hours: Monday to Friday, choice of shifts 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 (30-minute break)
Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour
Charge Rate: £18.88 per hour
We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our team at the Ceva site in Coventry. This role requires strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking transport to and from storage facilities
Creating and processing collection requests
Updating and maintaining spreadsheets accurately
Monitoring and managing a shared email inbox
Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
Confident user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
Strong computer literacy
Ability to communicate professionally via email
Previous transport administration experience is beneficial but not essential
This role would suit someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident with Excel and data management.
