As Regulation Manager you will be responsible for managing the Trust’s registration with its main regulator, the CQC, including developing, managing and supporting the Trust’s preparations for CQC activities, and actual CQC activity at the Trust. The post holder will provide expert regulatory advice and guidance in relation to the CQC to the CEO, Director of corporate governance / Trust Secretary, Trust board, and board and executive committees, and to both leads and front line staff across the organisation.

Interviews are due to take place on Tuesday 23rd September.
• Lead the Trust’s CQC registration and regulatory framework
• Act as key contact for all CQC engagement and inspections
• Advise senior leaders and staff on CQC standards and readiness
• Coordinate Trust-wide preparation, training, and improvement work
• Deliver reports, audits, and reviews to monitor compliance
• Support governance documents and contribute to board reporting
• Maintain accurate records and manage regulatory risks
• Deputise for the Deputy Director of Corporate Governance as needed
