Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Developer / Architect with deep expertise in WhatsApp Business API integration to join our team. This role involves building, optimizing, and maintaining advanced features that power customer engagement, lead management, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and develop tight CRM integration with WhatsApp Business API.
Design and implement messaging features:
Sending offers, promotions, and coupons directly via WhatsApp.
Creating and managing message templates for one-on-one and bulk campaigns.
Leveraging WhatsApp Flows for automated journeys (lead nurturing, feedback collection, transactional updates).
Manage lead pipelines, track customer interactions, and monitor performance for higher conversion rates.
Implement product catalog and invoice generation directly within the CRM.
Build and manage webhooks to process real-time events (message statuses, replies, delivery events).
Develop custom APIs for message dispatching, template creation, contact syncing, and lead assignment to integrate with external systems.
Enhance customer experience with AI-powered chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT) for 24/7 automated support.
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in CRM development & API integrations.
Strong hands-on expertise with WhatsApp Business API.
Experience in automation, lead management, and customer engagement workflows.
Solid knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and backend development.
Familiarity with AI chatbot frameworks (ChatGPT or similar) is a strong plus.
