Summary
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking qualified Part 1 or Part 2 Scaffolders with Erect and Alter tickets to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in erecting, altering, and dismantling various types of scaffolding systems in accordance with TG20:21 and current health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
Work from drawings and method statements
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards (e.g., TG20:21, SG4)
Conduct pre-use inspections and ensure scaffolding is tagged appropriately (e.g., with scaff tags)
Liaise with site managers, supervisors, and other trades as required
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order
Follow company and site-specific health and safety procedures at all times
Assist in loading/unloading scaffolding materials and transport to required locations on site
Keep work areas tidy and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Essential Requirements:
Valid CISRS Part 1 or Part 2 Scaffolder card
Erect and Alter certification
Full PPE and own basic hand tools
Good understanding of scaffolding drawings and designs
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and able to work at height
Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
Advanced Scaffolder qualification (desirable)
First Aid certificate
Driving license and own transport
Experience working on commercial and/or industrial sites
Awareness of TG20 compliance
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17.00 (May Vary)
