We’re looking for a warm, professional, and tech-savvy Lobby Host to join our Corporate Services team inLondon, W2 6JP. As the face of our front-of-house, you’ll create memorableexperiences for every visitor, client, and colleague who walks through ourdoors.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and support guests, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Manage check-in procedures and ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that makes every visitor feel valued.
- Keep the lobby space professional, tidy, and always guest-ready.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
- Support events, concierge services, and incident management when needed.
- Represent Microsoft’s digital workplace with confidence and agility.
