Job Description

As a Workplace Host, you will be part of the Workplace Experience and Front of House teams, supporting client visits and curating a welcoming environment that promotes well-being, productivity, and a strong company culture.
You will actively seek opportunities to enhance the onsite service experience and introduce new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
Act as main point of contact for colleagues and visitors, delivering a 5* concierge-style service
Welcome and host guests in person or by phone, handling enquiries and bookings via Visitor Management System
Support Workplace Lead with operational decisions to enhance colleague experience
Build relationships, capture preferences and anticipate needs for future visits or special requests
Proactively monitor the workspace, reporting issues and ensuring a high-quality environment
Support community initiatives, events, and wellness activities to strengthen colleague engagement
Conduct tours, share building knowledge, and maintain accurate building documentation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred
Experience within the banking sector is desirable
Strong background in delivering premium customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
Proven ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and environments
