Are you looking for a rewarding Teaching Assistant role in a special needs school?A well-established special school in Wolverhampton is seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a class of pupils with complex learning needs, including
Autism, communication difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.This is a minimum 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in an Early Years class with a range of special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Provide personal care and maintain a safe, structured classroom environment
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
