Summary
In this role, you will deliver intensive, whole-family interventions in young peoples homes over the course of 3 to 6 months with a caseload of up to 6 families. Referrals are made by participating Boroughs for young people between the ages of 10 and 17 who are considered at risk of gang involvement and criminal exploitation. You will be trained in the FFT-EFH clinical model and supported through weekly clinical consultations, individual supervision, and a defined training plan. You will receive additional follow-up training in the FFT-EFH model throughout the duration of the project and develop expert knowledge in county lines and child criminal exploitation (CCE). There are opportunities to learn from our existing FFT sites in Norfolk and Suffolk and the whole project is programme managed by an experienced FFT Supervisor and Family Therapist. The three London teams come together to do joint skills training, which provides opportunities to share experiences and learn new skills with colleagues.
