With a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000, genuine work-life balance, and a supportive environment, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles while honing your expertise in paint spraying and bodywork.
You’ll primarily focus on light commercial vehicles, with occasional panel-off work on heavier vehicles, contributing to a fleet-focused team that values quality and precision.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer, you will:
Carry out high-quality paint spraying on light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
Perform small dent removal and repairs, as well as larger dent repairs
Ensure all work meets workshop and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and quality targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally with commercial vehicles
Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious
