Summary
This lovely family based in Eltham, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to look after their school-aged child. The role includes all general nanny duties, light housekeeping, and preparing well-balanced, nutritious meals. The nanny will also be expected to create a calm and happy environment in the afternoons and share mealtimes with the child whenever possible. A driver with their own car is required, and a valid first-aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
Collecting the child from school and providing attentive care until the parents return from work.
Creating a calm and happy environment in the afternoons.
Supporting with homework and/or organising after-school activities.
Preparing well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks appropriate to the child’s needs, and eating together wherever possible.
Laundering, ironing, and mending the child’s clothes.
Cleaning and tidying the child’s bedroom and playroom, and keeping all children’s areas organised.
