About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing property management business in Bristol. The role is perfect for ambitious, detail-oriented individuals who want hands-on experience in property inspections and management.
As a Property Inspector, you’ll be visiting properties, conducting detailed inspections, and reporting on condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance. You’ll work alongside a supportive team while managing responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled property inspections accurately and professionally
- Produce clear, well-written reports with photographic evidence
- Identify maintenance issues and report to the management team
- Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with property safety and condition standards
- Track inspection schedules and meet deadlines
- Contribute to team meetings and assist with property-related projects
