The Role Impact

Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing comprehensive property portfolios with meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication
- Coordinating all maintenance requirements using trusted networks of skilled tradespeople and contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords and investors
- Processing rent collections, managing deposit matters, and handling all financial administration
- Resolving tenant issues swiftly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships throughout tenancies
- Organising check-in and check-out procedures including detailed inventory management
- Liaising with landlords on strategic decisions regarding their property investments
- Managing emergency situations outside standard office hours when required
- Supporting lettings negotiations and tenant referencing processes as needed
Essential Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, or related client service roles
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organisational abilities with proven track record of managing multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills for dealing with diverse clientele including international investors
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to find cost-effective solutions under pressure
- Computer literacy including property management software, Microsoft Office, and online portals
- Flexibility to work five days including Saturday coverage
- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel across London properties
