Summary
Key responsibilities -:
• Delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young individuals, particularly those exhibiting challenging behaviours and emotional difficulties.
• Collaborate with your team to foster a loving and stable environment that promotes positive outcomes and enriching learning experiences for each young person.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, ensuring the protection and welfare of every child under your care.
Skills required -:
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff members.
• Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
• Previous experience in childcare or related fields is highly desirable.
Qualifications -:
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (preferred)
