Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring smooth client flow, appointment management, and prompt service delivery.
• Staff Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of stylists and technicians, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing guidance.
• Client Satisfaction:
Handle client feedback, complaints, and special requests, maintaining high standards of customer care.
• Inventory & Stock Control:
Manage salon inventory and stock levels, placing orders and ensuring all necessary products are available.
• Marketing & Growth:
Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts to attract new clients and promote salon services and selling products.
• Financial Management:
Manage budgets, process payments, and review sales reports to ensure profitability.
• Health & Safety:
Ensure the salon maintains all relevant health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and well-maintained environment.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• The ability to work flexibly, including weekends, as needed.
