Summary
Monitoring & Managing the HCC surveillance database ensuring it is up to date Support the reporting of data to local and national commissioners and the cancer alliances in a robust and timely way. Coordinate patient's abdominal ultrasound scans, blood tests and clinical reviews and ensuring results are evaluated by a clinical nurse specialist. Liaise with different departments within the trust and externally to the trust to ensure patient care is met. To help reduce patient cancellations and non-attendances for tests and clinic appointments influencing rapid surveillance pathway. Please see the attached job description for full information
